Head of Affiliates

Hello! We are looking for a Head of Affiliates for our gambling industry projects. You will be responsible for developing affiliate strategies, managing key partnerships, and optimizing performance to drive business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the work of the affiliate team.
  • Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy to drive high-quality traffic.
  • Build, manage, and expand the affiliate network (webmasters, CPA networks, media buyers).
  • Negotiate and establish long-term partnerships with affiliates to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize affiliate campaign performance (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPI, LTV, ARPU, RPI).
  • Analyze traffic quality and conversion funnels to improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Scale affiliate programs to new GEOs and adapt to market trends.
  • Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.

 

What We Expect:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Team Lead, Senior Manager, or Head of Affiliates.
  • Strong background in the gambling industry and deep market knowledge.
  • Experience working with Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Ahrefs).
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in business development.
  • Established affiliate partner base in Tier1-2 countries.
