As a Publisher Development Manager (Affiliate Network) at Auctera, you will drive the expansion and optimization of our affiliate publisher network. Your role will focus on recruiting high-quality affiliate publishers, fostering long-term partnerships, and maximizing revenue through strategic campaign management. You’ll combine your expertise in affiliate marketing with relationship-building skills to ensure our network delivers exceptional results for brands and advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Publisher Acquisition: Proactively identify, onboard, and activate new affiliate publishers aligned with Auctera’s network goals and brand partner needs.
• Publisher Growth & Retention: Cultivate strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing tailored support, performance insights, and optimization strategies to boost their earnings and loyalty.
• Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate campaigns with advertiser objectives, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of affiliate marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging publisher opportunities to keep Auctera’s network competitive.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor publisher performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance ROI for all stakeholders.
