Technical Delivery Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:

— Developing technical solutions to high-level product problems as well as being able to shape your role and responsibilities.
— Participate and provide technical support in pre-sale activities
— Preparing estimates for incoming projects
— Identify the best technical solutions according to the business goals
— Participating in defining projects scope, architecture and design approaches
— Design solutions from scratch, create the technical vision for stakeholders
— Take technical ownership of the projects and products, supervision for projects
— Make sure the projects stay on track
— Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements

Requirements:
— At least 5+ years of experience working in outsourcing / outstaffing industry
— At least 3+ years of experience on Team Lead / Technical PM roles
— Experience as a Software Engineer (.Net or Python or JS tech stack)
— Solid expertise in Software Architecture, DDD, OOP
— Solid understanding and practical experience in different software development methodologies
— Perfect communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
— Ability to solve problems
— Strong desire and ability to learn new technologies
— Fluent level of English

Would be a plus:
— Experience in leading pre-sale activities and participating in new business development
