Responsibilities:
- Provide merchant support through written communications, including chats and emails
- Test payment methods to ensure optimal functionality
- Configure payment routing in our system
- Maintain and update our knowledge base
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience in supporting a payment system or bank
- Understanding of acquiring principles
- English proficiency of at least upper intermediate level
- Highly self-organized
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong empathetic communication skills
