Head of Affiliate (online casino) Offline

We are looking for а Head of Affiliate due to the launch of a new project (new casino brand) for an IT product iGaming company. The company is a part of a well-known international holding. The holding implements technological innovations in iGaming and Fin-tech. It combines modern solutions in payment systems, media buying, and online casinos. 

The  project - Online casino 

Main markets - Tier 3 

Marketing Teams- affiliate team, designers, content team, etc.

Office - Kyiv / remotely full-time from any country

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years in a Head/Lead Affiliate position in casino brands 
• 3+ years of experience in the IGaming niche 
• Experience in Tier-3 markets is a must  (India, Bangladesh) 
• Experience in the IGaming product from the advertiser's side
• Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and digital marketing strategies
• Expertise in operational marketing and management of marketing partnership processes
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, analytics, and automation platforms
• Startup mentality — not afraid to adapt quickly to industry trends, and strategy decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to take business trips
• English level — B2

   Will be a plus : 

• Experience in launching a casino from scratch 

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, identifying market opportunities, and managing budgets and resources to achieve business goals.
• Organization of marketing operation processes, establishing partnerships, and implementation of marketing procedures.
• Scaling and promoting affiliate programs, attracting new partners, and optimizing existing channels to increase profitability.
• Forming and development of marketing team, management of the team of affiliate managers
• Developing and controlling marketing budgets, optimizing costs to maximize ROI and reporting financial results
• Managing SEO, SEM, SMM, email-marketing, and content, using analytics to improve efficiency and implement automation tools to optimize campaigns
