UI/UX Designer (offline)

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile apps
- Product-oriented mindset and understanding user-oriented design
- Profound knowledge of user experience strategies and techniques
- Good knowledge of the latest design patterns and best practices
- Proficiency Adobe Experience Design, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines
- Experience in design of technical systems
- Experience creating wireframes, flows, mockups, and specifications
- Experience with Material and Fluent design patterns
- Strong visual design skills
- Ability to follow given style
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented and passionate about new generation design methodologies
- Experience working directly with engineering team
- HTML5/CSS3, basic knowledge of JS
- Strong English communication skills

- Collaborate with Product Managers as well as design and development teams to define, design and deliver best design solutions
- Collaborate with the customer to
- Create sketches / wireframes / flow diagrams / prototypes / mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Develop design according to style guides
- Create & document visual assets for our web and mobile development teams to implement
- Collaborate with developments teams on all stages of implementation, estimate tasks and milestones, clarify requirements
- Verify quality of design implementation
