Job Summary
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Manager to coordinate and oversee co-marketing activities and external events across the European Union. This role requires strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and seamless execution of events that align with brand objectives and engage B2B and B2C audiences. The successful candidate will lead every aspect of event planning, from logistics to vendor management, ensuring impactful and memorable experiences.
Your regular tasks
โ Coordinate and execute co-marketing activities with partners and oversee external events
โ Organize and manage in-person events across the European Union
โ Collaborate with Customer teams to define event goals and requirements
โ Arrange and ensure the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other essential event needs
โ Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers
โ Book and prepare stands for conferences, including on-site preparation and coordination
โ Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for brand promotion initiatives and events
โ Source and coordinate brand merchandise and printed materials
โ Oversee financial and legal documentation related to events, ensuring accuracy and payment approvals
โ Provide logistical support, including participant accommodation and transportation
โ Organize special initiatives such as holiday gift deliveries to partners
Skills and qualifications
โ Proven experience in event planning and management, ideally within the financial or fintech sector
โ Strong understanding of event marketing principles and best practices with both B2B and B2C audiences
โ Proficiency in project management, including budget management, time management, and vendor โ coordination, ability to assess risks,
โ Excellent leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
โ Creativity and business acumen to design events that align with brand objectives
โ Familiarity with event management software, online registration platforms, and marketing tools
โ Strong technical understanding of audio-visual equipment and logistical requirements
โ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
