Scrum Master

 We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of Agile processes, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement for our development teams. Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a Scrum Master, ideally in an offshore or distributed team environment. 
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles. 
  • Exceptional skills in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and communicating with teams. 
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Structure, EazyBI. 
  • Ability to motivate and drive teams forward. 
  • Continuous improvement approach. 
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary environments (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
  • High level of English for communication. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support, educate, engage, and mentor team members, Product Owners (PO), managers, and stakeholders to adhere to Agile principles.
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all team members.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment that encourages ownership, creativity, and innovation, in alignment with Team Leaders (TLs).
  • Drive and measure continuous improvement processes to ensure the team meets and improves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) over time.
  • Understand project vision and sprint goals, ensuring their smooth implementation.
  • Organize and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate and manage dependencies and integrations with external Scrum teams and Scrum Masters.
  • Identify and remove impediments or guide the team to resolve them effectively.
  • Ensure all project items (Epics, Stories, Bugs) are properly tracked and updated in JIRA, including time recording (estimates, time spent, and time remaining).
