Fähigkeiten:
Wir suchen dich mit mindestens 7 Jahren Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Teamleitung. Darüber
hinaus solltest du über fundierte Kenntnisse in Ruby, RoR, PHP, JavaScript, SASS, Coffee, jQuery,
AngularJS/2+ und Kubernetes verfügen.
Du solltest auch einen guten Überblick über den Architekturlebenszyklus haben und bereit sein,
sowohl praktisch als auch konzeptionell zu arbeiten. Wir freuen uns, wenn du eine offene,

- Entwicklung von Rails-Applikationen, wie auch Individualentwicklung
- Entwicklung von "Full Stack" -Software
- Ausgiebige Erfahrung mit mySQL Datenbanken, APIs (RESTful, JSON)
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Pflichtgefühl auch mit dem Blickwinkel kaufmännischer
Betrachtung bei technischen Entscheidungen
- Functional Programming ist für dich nicht nur ein Buzzword
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung unseres DevOp-Konzeptes
- Einbeziehung in alle Phasen des Software-Engineerings, von der Konzeption über die
Implementierung bis zum Testen und Ausliefern der Software
- Automatisierung und automatische Skalierung von Tests und Bereitstellungen (mit Docker
und Kubernetes)
- Tägliches Vorleben von Agilen Werten und des Scrum Lifecycles
- Scrum Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus (CSM, CSPO, SAFe Practitioner)
- Erfahrungen mit Gitlab und JIRA sind wünschenswert
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
- Konfliktmanagement
