Talent Marketing Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Identify and promote the top reasons why employees stay with our Company. The goal is to attract potential candidates and retain employees;
• Develop and execute benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events;
• Take calculated risks to drive Company’s growth through creativity, data-driven insights, rolling optimization and tactical iteration;
• Drive Сompany vision, messaging and brand consistency through different marketing channels;
• Lead the marketing team of circa 7 members - manage, retain, engage and empower the team;
• Build and support a growth-mindsed culture within the team.

Requirements:
• Experience in marketing 5+ years, strong strategic marketing experience;
• Previous experience working as a Digital Marketing Specialist is required;
• Experience working with Brand Management is required;
• Experience working in HR domain is a big plus;
• Demonstrated ability to grow and lead a cross functional team;
• Exceptional communication skills for working closely with Company top management;
• Proven experience building and executing integrated marketing strategy including brand, digital and creatives;
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
