The Project Manager is responsible for setting and managing processes in the development team, organizing workflows, documenting requirements, planning, monitoring and control. Requires a high level of communication and leadership skills, experience with IT projects and teams, and assumes responsibility for the project’s goals, effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders, and people management in the team.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in managing IT projects and a track record of successfully completed projects
At least 2 years experience in managing teams
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Experience working with multiple streams and initiatives
Experience setting up and managing processes for a project from scratch
Experience creating, using, and maintaining project documentation
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices pertaining to project management
Knowledge and experience with Agile project management frameworks
Ability to analyze, document and communicate business requirements
Effective problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Good communication and people management skills


Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the work of the team of .NET developers
Ensures effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders
Clearly communicate requirements to team members
Monitoring and status reporting for multiple streams of work
Identify issues and facilitate solving problems in the team
Watch for scope creep and effectively manage scope of work
Lead and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
