Sales (Commercial) Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with software (PC), technologies: Office Suite, CRM systems
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Ukrainian, English will be an advantage
- Required experience: Proven B2B sales experience; experience in selling marketing services, media, or advertising (TV, radio, digital) is a plus
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term, strong relationships with clients
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to work in a team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying potential clients and determining the best ways and channels to reach them
- Finding new clients in the information space, at conferences, exhibitions, etc.
- Analyzing client needs and selecting the optimal solution from the companyβs existing products (in cooperation with specialists from other departments β strategists, analysts, media planners)
- Preparing commercial offers for potential clients β addressing objections, providing arguments
- Controlling the implementation of sold projects (document management, finance, legal matters, advertising campaign launches, results)
