Quest Manager Offline

We’re seeking a Quest Manager with deep Dota2 expertise to manage platform mechanics, optimize user experiences, and drive engaging events on our Dota2-focused iGaming platform. Ideal for those with content management, support, or game design experience in gaming or iGaming sectors.  

Experience 

• Hands-on experience as a content manager, support specialist, or game designer in Dota2-related gaming or iGaming projects 
• Strong Dota2 knowledge, including gameplay mechanics, hero understanding, and community dynamics 

Required skills 

• Dota2 expertise: Deep understanding of gameplay mechanics, heroes and community (smurfs, boosters, etc.) 
• Autonomy: Strong self-organization and task prioritization skills 
• Analytical thinking: Capable of interpreting data to make data-based decisions 
• Documentation skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and developer-friendly materials 

Preferred Skills

• Product-focused mindset with a balance between user needs and business goals 
• Familiarity with game analytics or willingness to learn quickly 
• UX/UI awareness within gaming platforms 

Responsibilities

• Manage quests and other platform mechanics via the admin panel. 
• Plan, execute, and analyze platform events 
• Analyze platform metrics and user behavior data to achieve business goals & enhance user experience 
• Collaborate across product, support, marketing and development teams 

• Write and maintain clear, actionable documentation
