Business Development Manager (offline)

Responsibilities

• Searching for new clients and capabilities at EU\US markets
• Maintain relationships with key business partners
• Communication across functional teams within Sparkle Design
• Support strategy development and investment executions
• Support senior management in identifying and pursuing partnerships and potential investments
• Develop and own spreadsheets and business presentations for both internal managements and external partners
• Support existing portfolio companies and management in board representation
• Travel as necessary to abroad.

Qualifications

• Profile degree required
• Must be a geek
• Minimum one years as analyst\top sales or similar experience in top tier IT firm, preferably post-MBA
• Sales background is strong recomended
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
• Passionate, committed, self-starter with high level of initiative, energy, ownership, and urgency
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, verbal and written.
• Build senior-level relationships with clients.
• Keen analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative. Tendency to use data and analytics to make well-informed decisions.
• Experience working in the internet industry, with demonstrated deep knowledge/hands-on experience in marketing, investments, operations or business development within the Internet/Mobile/Game sectors
• Excellent presentatations skills
• Strategic thinker but not resistant to doing tactical work
• Fluent English
