SmartyAds is searching for a strong Head of DSP to join our fast-growing team and results-driven business.

The tasks of the Head of DSP are very different, but the sequence of actions is approximately the same. We will expect you::

- Accountability for platform revenue and reporting on its operations;
- Managing existing and building new processes related to sales, account management and client retention;
- Performing inbound and outbound sales;
- Leading a team and hiring its new members;
- Participation in professional events (trade exhibitions, fairs, etc) to find new clients and present our products;
- Tracking sales funnel in CRM system;
- Active participation in Product Improvement from the sales/client needs perspective;
- Cooperation with other sales/client service departments to achieve the best results.

Our ideal candidate:

- Fluent English (Upper Intermediate/Advanced);
- Experience in IT Sales as a Sales or Business Development Manager for more than 3 years (preferably in programmatic/CPA/CPM/CPI etc);
- Experience in managing teams for 1+ year (at least 3 people), building processes and hiring;
- Result-oriented with good problem-solving and prioritization skills;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Initiativeness and passion for IT.
