Chief Scrum Master (offline)

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of dedicated Scrum Masters;
Support and improve agile methodologies process;
Cooperation with Scrum Masters, PO & Delivery;
Provide trainings and couch sessions for existing teams.

Requirements:

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
Advanced English level
+4 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
Experience in supervising Scrum/Agile Masters;
Knowledge of and experience in various Agile methodologies in software engineering units;
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
Advanced English level.
