The skills you need:

  • Architectural or design background – a degree in architecture or a related field preferred
  • Proven track record in architecture, design, glass or construction sales
  • Strong network within the architecture and design community
  • Ability to present, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to take initiative and deliver results

 

Considered a huge bonus:

  • Architectural glazing or commercial glass product knowledge 
  • AIA membership
     

     

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, designers, contractors, and property managers to promote our premium glass solutions
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our premium glazing products, we partner with Marvin, Reynaers, Pella, RIOT Glass, etc
  • Build long-term client relationships through in-studio presentations and on-site visits
  • Organize and participate in industry events, networking with key decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals on high-value architectural projects
  • Track sales performance, client interactions, and project progress
