The skills you need:
- Architectural or design background – a degree in architecture or a related field preferred
- Proven track record in architecture, design, glass or construction sales
- Strong network within the architecture and design community
- Ability to present, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders
- Ability to take initiative and deliver results
Considered a huge bonus:
- Architectural glazing or commercial glass product knowledge
AIA membership
What you’ll do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, designers, contractors, and property managers to promote our premium glass solutions
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our premium glazing products, we partner with Marvin, Reynaers, Pella, RIOT Glass, etc
- Build long-term client relationships through in-studio presentations and on-site visits
- Organize and participate in industry events, networking with key decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals on high-value architectural projects
- Track sales performance, client interactions, and project progress
