Java Architect (Latvia) (offline)

Requirements:

BSc in Computer Science
3+ years of experience building backend with Java 8 and Spring framework
Proficiency in developing contemporary REST APIs
Knowledge of SQL and database modeling
Ability to design architecture for various solutions from scratch
Good understanding of software life cycle(phases, processes etc.)
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, negotiating, prioritization and decision making skills
Self-starter and good team player
Passion about new technologies
Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
Desired skills:

Experience with Cloud providers like AWS, Azure or Google
Front end experience (Angular or similar java script frameworks)
Responsibilities:

Contribute to the team by developing new business features in both back-end and front-end
Proactively work with code quality - write unit, integration and regression tests
Be a team player ready to help with QA/testing
Participate in evolving team's working methods
