What You’ll Do

  • Focus on generating leads and setting up calls for our CEO (no direct client calls required on your side).
  • Search for potential clients and partners via UpWork, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
  • Communicate the value of working with AdTribe in clear, concise written messages.
  • Manage incoming responses, coordinate schedules, and ensure prospects are properly informed and engaged.
  • Update and maintain CRM records to keep track of outreach, follow-ups, and lead status.

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Lead Generation/Sales: You know how to find, approach, and qualify prospects.
  • Strong Command of LinkedIn, UpWork, and Email Outreach: You’re comfortable searching for prospects on these platforms and know how to reach out effectively.
  • Excellent Written Communication: Upper-Intermediate English is required for professional, concise emails and messages.
  • Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail: You can handle multiple leads simultaneously without losing track.
  • Ability to Work Autonomously: You’re proactive, learn quickly, and structure information efficiently.
