MISSION
•Implement new business functionality in SF by using the Visualforce framework:
use of Visualforce pages, using standard Visualforce controllers
develop by means of APEX code whenever necessary
use of a Force.com Sandbox testing environment
data model definition and design, the definition of workflows and approval flows
•Implement and automate business processes within SF
•Supporting the various projects in the framework of global SF rollouts
•Liaising with business teams to implement innovative and efficient ways to improve CRM applications and processes
•Understanding business requirements and translating these into technical solutions based on the salesforce.com platform
•Providing first line support for internal users
•Keeping abreast of developments in SalesForce and AppExchange
REQUIREMENTS
•At least 2 years of experience in SalesForce CRM development
•Proven experience of process/CRM implementation
•Development experience within a Team
•Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL
•Team player, with good communication skills and a good grasp of business issues
•Exposure to full SFDC lifecycle implementation
•Working in an Agile environment and prototyping on functional requirements
•Good level of written and spoken English
