Machine Learning Engineer (offline)

About the Project:
The platform creates exponential value for the company and its clients by combining technology and business transformation on a global scale. This is a strategic and very challenging project for the company as it brings innovations like automatic decision making for business. Thus it’s stable and long running (up to 2 years) project, and a great opportunity for You to take part in the project from scratch till the end.

You will be responsible for:
Developing complex intelligent ML algorithms using Python (or possibly other language) using modern ML frameworks (like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). By the way, frameworks are still under consideration and You will be able to propose and argue your choose depending on task!
Continuously test & improve system smartness by ‘teaching’ it with huge volume of data in order to discover trends and anomalies within a huge datasets.
The goal is to flag issues, opportunities, and planning needs; propose steps to process particular data automatically with decreasing human factor in downstream data analysis.


Skills & Qualifications:
Very good understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms;
3+ years experience with Python and its application to Machine Learning by using;
Machine Learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.;
Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning Studio because platform uses MS technologies stack and Azure services


Nice to have:
Knowledge of Big Data algorithms and working experience as a Data Scientist / Analyst;
Experience with SparkR and/or Azure Databricks and R language scripting;
Master degree in quantitative-based science (Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, etc.)

Responsibilities:
Propose and substantiate new models according with the task;
Formulate, estimate and test models;
Develop model strategies by elaborating integrated architecture and hierarchy; establish metadata and modeling standards; develop and evaluate logical and physical models;
Collaborate with engineering and product development teams.


English level:
Intermediate or higher
