Financial Specialist(Paymaster) Offline

We are looking for a Financial Specialist!
Requirements:
– 1-3 years of experience in payment processing, accounting, or a related role;
– Strong knowledge of payment processing procedures and tax regulations;
– Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports;
– Understanding of local and international payment regulations and compliance standards;
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
– Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
1. Management of All Types of Payments:
– Ensuring timely payments to suppliers and contractors;
– Managing tax payments and fees;
– Conducting other payments.
2. Administration of Financial Systems:
– Maintaining and updating data on all types of payments in accounting systems;
– Supporting and configuring payment management software;
– Automating payment processes to increase efficiency.
3. Compliance with Regulatory and Legislative Requirements:
– Monitoring compliance of all payments with legal requirements;
– Conducting internal audits on payment matters.
4. Consulting and Supporting Employees and Partners:
– Responding to questions from employees and suppliers regarding payments;
– Ensuring transparency and understanding of payment processes within the company;
– Resolving disputes related to payments.
5. Analysis and Reporting:
– Preparing reports on all types of payments and expenses;
– Analyzing payment data to identify trends and make recommendations for cost optimization;
– Participating in the development of the company's budget and financial plan.
