We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to assist in integrating third-party APIs, extending internal APIs, and ensuring smooth data flow. You'll write clean, maintainable code, test integrations, and resolve any issues. Collaboration with senior developers, QA engineers, and other team members will be key to delivering features. You'll also help create API documentation, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously improve your backend development skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate third-party APIs into our system and ensure proper communication and data flow.
  • Use and extend internal APIs to support new features and functionalities.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
  • Test integrations thoroughly and resolve any issues or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth development and delivery of features.
  • Create and maintain documentation for APIs and integration processes.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to API integrations and data handling.
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of backend development and integration techniques.
     

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Familiarity with Node.js and related frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or similar.
  • Understanding of version control systems like Git.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and technologies.
