Technical writer Team Lead

What you will do:

     1. Create and edit technical documentation:

• Develop high-quality technical and graphical documentation for software, APIs, products, and internal processes.
• Prepare specifications, reference materials for developers, internal documentation for team collaboration, and corporate knowledge bases.
• Write guides, manuals, white papers, release notes, FAQs, and help materials.

• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and structured documentation.

   

  2. Collaborate with other teams:

• Work closely with developers, QA, product managers, and marketing teams to gather information.
• Participate in planning new releases and provide input on documentation structure.
• Identify user needs and adapt documentation accordingly.
   

     3.Standardize and optimize processes:

• Develop and implement documentation standards.
• Optimize processes for writing, publishing, and updating technical texts.
• Ensure documentation aligns with corporate style guidelines.
   

This job is for you if you have:

• 3+ years of experience as a tech writer.
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership or coordination role (team lead, senior tech writer).
• Experience creating documentation for various product types (SaaS, API, mobile apps).
• Ability to create UML and BPMN diagrams.
• Proficiency in tools for writing and managing documentation (Confluence, Diagrams, MindMap, Flare, Git, Markdown).
• Understanding of UX design principles and the ability to create clear, accessible materials.
• Basic understanding of technology, APIs, CI/CD, REST, JSON.
• Ability to read and understand code (PHP, JavaScript, MySQL).
