Project Manager to $800 Offline

We are Lumitech, one of the fastest-growing outsourcing software companies with a dedicated R&D team based in Eastern Europe. Our expertise lies in building SaaS platforms, CRM portals, and large-scale systems for a wide range of industries. We've experienced 75% growth in 2024.
 

We're seeking a Project Manager to join our team. 
 

Key Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
• Strong English communication skills
• Proactivity and product-oriented thinking
• Client-focused mindset
• Leadership skills and the ability to build trustworthy relationships

A few notes about projects you'll be working on:

• mid-sized and large-sized projects with a roadmap of minimum 3-4 months
• custom development only using JS and Python, no Shopify, Wordpress, landing pages, bug fixes and support phases
• 80% in-house, 20% outstaff
• talented and easy-going engineers with huge potential
• clients primarily from the US (90%), as well as the UK and Germany
   

We are also considering candidates without significant experience but with a strong desire to grow.
