Senior Web Product Manager (Warsaw) Offline

     Responsibilities:

- Develop, plan, and deliver a full product solution in collaboration with various units
- Work with internal teams to define the requirements

- Working closely with dedicated dev teams to execute the planned solutions

- Professional domain leader and a passionate solution finder.

- Pitch and present solutions and ideas to stakeholders.

- Create and monitor success criteria of the product’s features.

- Working closely with development teams, UI/UX, and Data to deliver solutions and new capabilities

Requirements:

- Experience collaborating with marketing teams to align web features with campaign goals

- Understanding of campaign tracking and attribution models for web traffic (e.g., UTM parameters)

- Experience ensuring seamless functionality across popular browsers and mobile / desktop devices

- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design / layout

- Ability to analyze and improve website performance

- Experience with progressive web apps (PWAs)

- Proficiency in using Google Analytics

- Basic understanding of SEO principles and strategies
 

Nice to have:
 

- Experience in integrating cybersecurity best practices

- Understanding GDPR or other web compliance standards

- Knowledge of implementing web-based payment systems, ads, or subscription models
