Customer Relations Manager (German language) (offline)

We are looking for a IT Customer Relations Manager

Your Profile:

University exams in business management or university language/economics, IT departments
Good German communication skills in talking, reading and writing is a must
Good English communication skills in talking, reading and writing
Experience with international customers
Experience with internet, research in internet and social networks (e. g. Facebook, LinkedIn)
The candidate should have analytical skills, sense of responsibility, self-organization, self-improvement potential, and be a good team player.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop existing and new customer relations
Manage on-boarding of new customers
Special projects and tasks
Manage support teams
Correspondence with international prospects and customers by mail
Verbal communication with international prospects and customers by phone
