- Proof experience in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of metrix, scorecards, personal development cards and KPI system
- Understand full-cycle of recruiting, on-boarding and retention
- Decision making based on professional knowledge
- Understanding of business processes
- Experience with PR and HR brand activities
- Strong analytical mindset
- Upper intermediate English
Responsibilities:

- Implement KPI (score card) system according to business needs
- Improve full-cycle of recruiting, on-boarding and retention
- Improve business processes and HR-operation system
- Build HR brand
- Mentoring recruitment team
- Monthly updating salary file
- Planning and organizing events
- Implement corporate culture and values
- Recruit TOP-management positions
