Requirements: Practical experience in SCRUM, Kanban. Experience in reviewing technical solution to ensure it’s correlation with business requirements and long term product goals; Understanding of software development life cycle management; Superior verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences; Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities; Proactive, forward-thinking nature; Good time-management skills, the ability to handle multi-tasking activities; Business acumen; English: upper-intermediate; Experience in startup projects would be a plus.
Responsibilities: Lead and direct software development teams to deliver the project within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources; Establish and maintain management practices that support consistently successful solution development and deployments; Analyze and consolidate team performance data to ensure both quality and efficiency; Plan and manage communication with project stakeholders, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables; Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
