HR-manager (offline)

Function:
- Identify and recruit the best specialists for our team
- HR-interview with candidates and provide comprehensive information about candidates
- Coordination of the whole hiring process
- Work closely with our sale managers, project managers, and coordination of available candidates between different vacancies
- Keep up and use the latest recruitment tools on the market
- Using your wide network of technical specialists
- To support and implement new strategies for hiring specialists for the company;
- Working with the team and creating a friendly community inside the company
- Organization of events and entertainment programs within the company

Demands:
- Working experience (from the year) in recruiting in the IT industry
- Understanding the process of developing software, technologies, and methodologies
- Working experience in the full-cycle recruitment of the staff, from the direct search, search for candidates to an agreement on a job offer and conclusion of the deal
- The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- The indispensable condition for our team is result-oriented performance
