Senior Rust Full-Stack developer for decentralized social platform

We seek a highly skilled Senior Rust Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and refining our decentralized applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to building a robust infrastructure that prioritizes data security and user autonomy.

 

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain decentralized applications using Rust.

 - Implement core features of personal data servers (PDS) and ensure seamless interaction with SQLite and other database systems for data persistence.

 - Collaborate with product managers, technical experts, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality code.

 - Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the system, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Requirements:

 - At least Upper-Intermediate English 

 - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

 - 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a solid experience in Rust programming.
- Ability to read Scala and Python code.

- Experience with SQLite or similar lightweight databases in client-side applications.

- Experience in working with decentralized technologies and blockchain principles on real projects. 

 - Familiarity with systems design, API development, and microservices architecture.

 - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
