Process Manager Assistant (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Collection of financial information on projects and invoicing customers.
• Work with subcontractors (search, negotiation of terms, conclusion of contracts, financial issues).
• Description of the company's internal processes.

Required Skills:
• Professional working proficiency in English (both writing and speaking skills).
• Proficient in Technical Writing (competent creation and adaptation of documentation).
• Responsible, attentive to details.
• Competent speech (oral and written).
• Ability to work with computer at a high level (writing texts, creating tables and diagrams).
• Experience in negotiations.

Would be a plus:
• Masters degree in accounting or jurisprudence.
• Experience of work with financial information.
• Experience in writing documentation.
• IT experience.
• Experience of describing processes.
