Playtech‘s IT unit is looking for a self-motivated Helpdesk (Global IT Support) Specialist with ability to prioritize tasks, learn and adopt new technologies.
Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
- Be part of a global IT team and participate in company-wide projects.
- Provide Tier 1-2 support for end users at local and remote sites.
- Work with the service desk ticketing system.
- Track and keep the IT assets inventory up-to-date.
- Be responsible for the installation, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows/Mac and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot network issues.
- Contribute to the corporate IT wiki portal.
Qualifications
Components for success. You...
- Have excellent knowledge of Windows 11 and— at least 2-3 years’ experience
- Understand Windows based client environments (Active Directory, GPO’s, SCCM/ MDT installations, Windows update, etc.)
- Know in practice what is Computer Hardware and Maintenance
- Understand TCP/IP, Network elements and services, Wireless and VPN environments
Contribute to Documentation, KB, manuals, monitoring
