Backend/Blockchain Engineer Offline

We are seeking a Tech Lead/Solution Architect with deep expertise in Rust, Solana, and extensive experience in building data-processing pipelines and distributed systems. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing solutions to enhance the performance of the Solana Validator Client.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize the performance of the Solana Validator Client.
• Design and implement a high-load data-processing pipeline (handling ~4k operations/sec).
• Architect and optimize backend systems for scalability, reliability, and resilience in high-traffic environments.
• Ensure high availability, data integrity, and low-latency performance.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in infrastructure or back-end engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Rust and RocksDB.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
• Bonus: Prior experience with Solana.
