Strong Junior Business Analyst Offline

Radency is seeking a talented and proactive Strong Junior Business Analyst to join the project of our American client in the Real Estate domain.

Please Note: Working hours are from 15:00 to 23:00 Kyiv time.

👉 Qualification expectations:
 

• 1.5-3 years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or other task management systems.
• Knowledge of creating workflows, diagrams, or mockups.
• Experience in writing technical documentation or a solid QA background.

👉 Key Responsibilities:
 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in the creation of user stories, process workflows, and system diagrams.
• Support the team in defining project scope and objectives.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain and update project documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
