Experienced UI/UX designer (consider candidates only from Lviv) (offline)

EXPERIENCE
- Experience with UX/UI and driving design execution 1+ years is a must
- Speak and write English to a professional level
- Have strong skills prototyping tools, preferable in Sketch or Adobe (XD) but other tools can also be accepted for the right candidate
- Understands design patterns for Android and IOS platforms, including design principles and material elements
- Understands the composition of colors, styles, images and other design elements. Have a great understanding of applicability principles and natural interactions
- Have a great understanding of how to follow and support guidelines, design systems and documentation
- Can put in the user's place, and from there prepare intuitive solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES
- On the basis of our design manual, you must prepare and create production-ready visual design elements to be implemented in the mobile application – UI
- Create user journey maps in collaboration with product team to create an intuitive and user friendly design
- Research and examine how to create the best user experience based on the functional product specifications and discussions with the product team
- Communication with our team on design processes, including our developers
- Ensure a consistent and continuous design flow and design expression
