Project Manager (offline)

What You’ll Do:

As Project Manager at GSN Games, you will help manage the production environment and performance of the studio. You will work closely with the Studio Director and team members from Design, Art, Engineering, and QA to deliver top tier games on a consistent cadence for iOS, Android, and other mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:
● Work with team leads to develop, build consensus, and execute on realistic milestones and roadmaps
● Maintain project tracking and backlog, working with the Studio Director and leads to define and scope future content
● Work with team leads to establish realistic production timelines
● Run stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews
● Proactively identify and communicate risks to stakeholders
● Remove roadblocks and maintain team efficiency
● Facilitate build reviews and prioritise feedback from stakeholders, both internal and external
● Ensure that teams meet project goals, market needs, and stakeholder expectations
● Work with QA to insure overall product quality
● Write and maintain design documentation

About You:
● Must have worked as a Project Manager in game development and produced successful games on Mobile, PC, Facebook
● 3+ years of game development experience with a focus on Casual, Social, and/or Mobile games
● Can independently drive several projects on-time and on-budget while meeting the highest level of quality
● Strong leadership skills
● Solid experience with agile project management techniques and tools, preferably Jira and Clickup
● Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and limited resources
● Deep understanding of the game development process and industry best practices
● Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal
● iOS/Android product development experience
● SCRUM/Agile development experience
● Either has or is willing to develop a passion for casino games, especially bingo and slots
● Experience in collaboration with multinational teams is a big plus
