IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
— 1+ year of experience with technical recruiting (IT positions);
— Understanding of full lifecycle recruitment;
— Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
— Experience in conducting different types of interviews;
— Experience in interviewing;
— Experience in using different searching tools;
— Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
— Excellent communication and networking skills;
