Key Responsibilities

• Independently develop, plan, and execute engaging TikTok content for two distinct products with diverse target audiences.
• Stay ahead of trends to craft campaigns that resonate and captivate.
• Write scripts, shoot, and edit high-quality videos independently, ensuring they align with our brand and target audiences.
• Manage TikTok communities, responding to comments and fostering user engagement.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand awareness.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
• Provide regular reports on campaign success and propose actionable improvements.
• Work closely with marketing teams to align TikTok strategies with broader Web3 and blockchain-focused campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok accounts (2+ years), ideally for tech, finance, or creative industries.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful TikTok campaigns and trend-based content.
• Excellent understanding of TikTok algorithms and best practices.
• Creative mindset with storytelling expertise to engage diverse audiences.
• Advanced video production skills: scripting, shooting, and editing TikTok videos independently.
• Experience with influencer partnerships and user-generated content.
• Familiarity with blockchain, Web3, or DeFi is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
