Requirements 👈:

  • Experience working in an IT company with at least six months of successful IT vacancies filled.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Proficient user of Google products: Gmail, Google Spreadsheets, Calendar, etc.
  • Strong self-management skills, responsibility, enthusiasm, and ambition.

Responsibilities 🤩:

  • Search for developers and freelancers, structure their resumes, and organize their information in a database.
  • Conduct screening interviews with candidates to evaluate their qualifications and soft skills.
  • Collaborate closely with all departments.
  • Organize technical interviews with candidates.
  • Ensure timely filling of outsourcing and outstaffing vacancies.
  • Participate in daily team meetings.
  • Maintain communication with partners, congratulate them on holidays, and provide updates on new available candidates.
