Technical IT Business Analyst (offline)

Project Description:
We are looking for experienced candidates with strong banking IT background to reinforce our teams in the banking areas of Application Integration. We are looking for engaged and passionate person to join our team on full-time basis. In addition to strong analytical skills, the ideal candidates will excel at problem solving and active communication with the customer and across all corporate levels.
Responsibilities:
Within this role, you will be closely working with customers, team colleagues, project managers, senior business and IT heads to define and deliver industry leading banking software solutions. Your responsibilities may include following activities:
 Analyse business requirements in close collaboration with the client and other stakeholders. Evaluate possible solution scenarios and recommend best business and IT solution.
 Design, coordinate and build lean IT solutions to meet above requirements.
 Parameterize functionalities to execute and implement business solutions
 Participate in sales and implementation workshops.
 Actively manage client relationship by communicating regularly and providing business process and consulting services to our around the globe spread customers. Help ensure that the business scope, technical possibilities and client expectations are always aligned.
 Coordinate activities among many stakeholders (clients and vendors included)
Mandatory Skills:
 MSc or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering/ Mathematics & Physics or similar Banking Education
 Strong analytical and conceptual skills reinforced by structured problem solving approach
 Over 5 years of experience in implementing application in Java
 Experience in Enterprise Integration Patterns (Spring, Apache Camel)
 Experience in messaging frameworks (Apache Kafka, Apache ActiveMQ, JMS &IBM MQ)
 Experience with latest versions of Java
 Experience in highly available, multi-threaded low latency platforms
 Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
 Knowledge of: JAVA, JMS, JPA, REST WS, SOAP, Spring Boot, Spring core, Apache Camel, Apache ActiveMq Artemis, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, JBOSS EAP
 Practical competences in project management in terms of coordination and content
 Ability to autonomously get around in highly challenging, fast paced and complex environment
 Team player with strong communication skills
 Passion for learning and continuous self-improving
 Strong interest in new technologies
 Strong client orientation and ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels in a multi-lingual environment
 Experience with the analysis of IT requirements is appreciated
 Knowledge of Avaloq and AMI functionalities (Avaloq Certified Professional and Avaloq Certified Specialist) is strongly desired
Nice-to-Have Skills:  Italian, German or French are considered as a plus
