Customer support manager (offline)

What is the necessary skill set?

β€” 0,5+ years of experience in any of the following: as a project manager,
customer support manager, call center manager
β€” advanced English level (speak English fluently, perfect written skills)
β€” overall understanding of web or/and mobile application development
process
β€” ability to gather and communicate information accurately
β€” handle business correspondence
β€” perfect business communication and interpersonal skills
β€” building trustworthy relationships with the client and customer focused,
self-motivated skills
β€” ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural
documentation and create standard operating procedures
β€” work independently to analyze escalated issues, identify obstacles
β€” be PPP β€” Positive, Proactive and Patient
β€” excellent organizational, time management, multitasking and problem-
solving skills

Will be a plus:

β€” experience with Jira or other task tracking system
β€” sales skills
β€” experience in several project managing
β€” technical background
β€” knowledge of customer service principles and practices

What should you do?

β€” verbal and written communication with customers
β€” ensuring that each customer receives excellent service
β€” support for an incoming request from сustomers (L1)
β€” setting up the scope of work from customer to the team and control its
delivery
β€” active communication with other departments to provide solutions for
complicated cases
β€” provide and maintain partner relationships
β€” follow up and make scheduled callbacks to customers
