Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in web and mobile applications development.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of database structures and working knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency with task management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Proven experience in writing project documentation.
• Ability to verify development work against task requirements.

Nice to have:

• Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and techniques.
   

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Gather and analyze requirements from clients.
• Create epics, decompose them into tasks, and prioritize the backlog.
• Collaborate with the development team to estimate tasks and plan sprints.
• Conduct sprint demos and communicate effectively with clients.
• Provide clear guidance to developers and QA teams.
• Perform high-level verification of completed tasks and showcase success flows to clients.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
