Сustomer Care Specialist (offline)

Requirements:

- English level Upper Intermediate +

Responsibilities:

- Provide timely support to customers via phone, chat and email;
- Ensure best quality of the services provided to the clients;
- Be able to work with the data entry systems;
- Collaborate with the development and claims departments;
- Evening shifts (from 15:00 to 24:00 Ukrainian time with taxi compensation).
