System Analyst

Our client is a remote-first, dynamic international product company in the iGaming field. Currently we’re on the lookout for an experienced System Analyst for their team, who will take part in designing, developing IT solutions and overseeing system implementation projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyse and evaluate current systems to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.

- Design and propose IT solutions to enhance system efficiency and performance.

- Develop detailed system specifications and diagrams.

- Oversee system implementation projects, ensuring deliverables meet standards.

- Support the testing of new systems and troubleshoot issues.

- Provide training and consulting to users on system applications.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies to apply best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a System Analyst or related role.

- Expertise in system design and development concepts.

- Proficiency in modelling and documentation tools.

- Good level of presentation and consulting skills.

- English proficiency equal to Intermediate level or higher.

- Ability to work in a team, and cooperate with colleagues from different departments and levels.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage, but isn’t mandatory.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of web application, server and database principles.

- Experience of working with API, creating, reading and testing specifications.

- Understanding and practical experience with DBMS and message brokers, knowledge of SQL.

- Basic understanding of DevOps processes (CI/CD, containerization, clouds).

- Knowledge of PHP is a plus.
