Media Buyer/Retargeting Specialist Offline

We are seeking a Media Buyer/Retargeting Manager to optimize user acquisition strategies and elevate player engagement through targeted advertising efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and optimize retargeting campaigns on platforms like TrafficJunky, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other niche advertising networks.
• Analyze user behavior to segment audiences effectively for retargeting.
• Set up and manage tracking tools such as pixels and tags to monitor performance.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, targeting methods, and overall strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for continuous ROI optimization.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce relevant advertising content.
• Ensure all advertisements comply with platform policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retargeting with platforms such as TrafficJunky, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads (minimum 2 years).
• Understanding the nuances of working with adult-oriented content and an interest in the field.
• Proficiency in audience segmentation and analysis.
• Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Pixel Helper, etc.
• Skills in campaign optimization for achieving maximum ROI.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a strong analytical mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for tag management.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing and adult traffic networks.
