Head of Media Buying (igaming)

Requirements

• 2+ years in a managerial position (Head of Media Buying / Head of Marketing / CMO);
• experience of working with Black Hat;
• deep understanding and experience in media buying including experience working with Google Ads search, UAC and FB in the gambling niche;
• previous experience in product companies with in-house media buying department or affiliate media buying company;
• proven track of managing people and shown ability to build on the Media Buying team (FB, UAC) from scratch;
• experience in implementing and using a data analytics tool, data-driven approach;
• last/actual working place should be connected to the media buying/affiliates in gambling;
• having a wide network of contacts in the industry;
• Upper-intermediate/Advanced level of spoken and written English.

 

Responsibilities

• develops and executes a comprehensive strategy that maximizes revenue generation;
• oversees and aligns company strategies and agreements on partners' side and ours;
• anticipates risks of possible income/ROI decrease, ensuring and realizing risk reduction strategies;
• monitors the company reputation and adjusts the strategies to ensure that it is aligned with our company principles and help in building long-term partnerships;
• creates opportunities and implements them to ensure constant income growth and high ROI stability;
• drives and executes quarterly planning and forecasting toward media buying team;
• develops and implements tools necessary for the improvement of media buying performance including but not limited to:
*adtech and platform;
*new media buying practices, sources, new potential products and deals;
• establishes new processes and reviews current ones to ensure ongoing improvements;
• utilizes data analytics tools to track and measure performance across the teams and suggests improvements based on it;
• develops and implements reporting processes across the teams including generating regular reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights.

Media Buying Management:
• plans and executes media buying strategies across various sources of traffic (Google Ads, UAC, FB, etc.);
• conducts market research and competitor analysis to refine/adjust media buying strategies;
• monitors campaign performance, analyzes data, and provides insights for continuous improvement;
• creates strategies and opportunities for opening new sources of traffic, media buying practices and new products.

People focus:
• leads Media buying team, including hiring, talent development, performance management, and retention efforts;
• creates the environment that helps a team in achieving its goals and results;
• collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective cooperation.

 

Conditions of Employment:

  • Benefits: vacation (24 working days), sick leave (up to request and coverage 100%), team building;
  • Term of probation period: 3 months;
  • Salary details: Entrepreneur Contract in Ukraine, Service agreement contract Worldwide, Crypto (euro gross);
  • Salary Review: in 6 months after completing probation period and continuous service with the company and then on 6 monthly basis from the last date of the review;
  • Working schedule: Mon-Fri, and we operate in the Kyiv time zone, Ukraine.
