Blockchain Engineer (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop EOS system smart contracts, Ultra business logic specific smart contracts.
- Design and develop EOS plugins
- Design and develop Crypto Wallet solution
- Evolve with blockchain technology and research into new tools/plugins/dapps/standards
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues
- Jump in conceptual high level and low-level designs
- Conduct design and code reviews for other engineers, both junior and senior and offer feedback on issues – architecture, design, system integration, performance and availability
- Participate in Backlog grooming, daily meeting, retrospective and sprint review
- Write technical documentation

Requirements:
- Proficiency in C++, Javascript/HTML/CSS;
- General knowledge and understanding of basic concepts and techs used in blockchain technology, including EOS
- Strong object-oriented design and development experience
- Expert knowledge of algorithms, data structure, maths
- Ability to drive technical excellence, pushing innovation and quality
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and increase the skill level of teammates
- Experience with REST web services, message brokers, network programming
