Looking for UA Manager

Requirements:

πŸ”Έ Senior+ UA specialist in In-App
πŸ”Έ Strong knowledge of Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity, IronSource, Liftoff, etc.
πŸ”Έ Proven experience scaling campaigns from scratch
πŸ”Έ Proficiency with Appsflyer / Adjust / AppMetrica
πŸ”Έ Experience with ad, hybrid, and subscription monetization
πŸ”Έ Ability to adapt strategies for each source, GEO, and audience


Nice to have:
πŸ”Έ Experience with alternative sources (TapJoy, Adjoe, MiAds, Kwai, etc.)
πŸ”Έ Experience with Web/Social/Google traffic
πŸ”Έ Experience managing and scaling a UA team


Responsibilities:

β–ͺ️ Define the strategic direction of UA and identify new growth opportunities
β–ͺ️ Quickly explore new traffic sources, evaluate potential, and integrate them into workflows
β–ͺ️ Search for and scale new sources (TapJoy, Adjoe, MiAds, Kwai, etc.)
β–ͺ️ Optimize media buying and improve efficiency of current channels
β–ͺ️ Test hypotheses, identify growth points, and optimize creative performance
β–ͺ️ Lead and mentor a team of traffic managers
β–ͺ️ Manage and optimize budgets starting from $1M+ monthly
