Setting Manager

Position Overivew

The Setting (Operations) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing various operational aspects of the company's payment systems and processes. This role requires a strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial systems and processes

Regular tasks 

• Set payment methods (turning on/off, changing commissions, geography, limits)
• Set projects (turning on/off, changing commissions, geography, limits)
• Create/change payment routings
• Check the correctness of recording new settings in the database
• Monitor current projects regarding changes
• Monitor transactions to check the correctness of system settings
• Construct and restruct the system, routings, commissions, automation rules, other conditions
• Verify and control tasks regarding the compliance rules, transaction monitoring, system functionality testing
• Cooperate with technical support on various tasks

• Prepare reports

  
  Skills & Requirements

• Understanding of the FinTech industry, setting&processing processes
• Previous experience in a role of Operations Manager/Setting
• Manager/Billing Manager is a plus

• Experience with Jira, Excel
